I appreciate that you have to work a little to find the right spot for each egg and getting the tops on the eggs, not too hard, but enough to make it a challenge to where they are working on dexterity and also truly need to know what shape fits where.     So, I bought both, these and the Art Creativity ones for my 1 year old for Easter. By far, the art creativity ones where 1. Easier for her top open. 2. The tops of the eggs go on easier and have more room for error.

    These ones were constructed a tad better. However, they are tougher fir my one year old to use. You really have to be older and have better coordination.

    I would say these are for an older child. The Qrt creativity ones, are easier for younger hands and just as awesome.
